Grinding wheel saw can be used to cut materials with different temperatures and hardness. It has high cutting efficiency and is mainly used in special steel industry.
1. There is no limit on the alloy content and temperature of the workpiece. Grinding wheel cutting can be easily used for all steel and casting material grades, non-ferrous metal alloys, special alloys (such as nickel or titanium base) and materials that cannot (or are not easy to) be sawn and flame cut.
2. Compared with metal saw, the noise level is low. The cutting noise of golden hot saw is 105 to 110 dB (a), and that of grinding wheel is 85 to 95 dB (a).
3. The cutting wheel has the characteristics of self grinding, so that the cutting quality remains unchanged throughout its service life.
4. The section quality is very good. Compared with metal saw cutting, grinding wheel cutting greatly reduces the formation of burr; Cold cut smooth cut surface and bright metal appearance without additional grinding process.
5. For all levels of materials, the cutting cycle is short.
It can cut round or square materials of different specifications. 180mm-500mm.
